Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Important dates for June

-Yearbook orders are being taken until Friday, June 12th. Please order through the main office. Cost is $20.00

-Boys softball tournament, Monday, June 8th

Girls softball tournament Monday June 15th

June 22nd- grade 6 electricity fair

June 23rd and 24th- Field days- more information to come. June 25th and 26 are rain dates

June 25th- grade 8 boat cruise. Permission forms being sent home this week

June 26th- grade 8 Lockview orientation for grade 8's. Leaving school at 9, back at lunch. Permission forms going home next week

June 29th- No classes. Assessment and Evaluation Day

June 30th- last day of school. Report cards sent home electronically. Students dismissed at 10:00
