Important dates to remember in September:  

The following was sent to HRCE families on June 30, 2025.

Families,  

Please keep in mind that your child will go through supplies throughout the year and that they may need to be replenished. We have included projected amounts of supplies so that you may take advantage of pre-school sales. 

June 6th- Relay for Life at George P Vanier

June 12th- Sports/Academic Award Night and Band concert. Award winners invited by email invitation

June 20th- Grade 8 Field Day

*June 23rd- Grade 6 Field Day

*June 24th- Grade 7 Field Day

April 18th- Good Friday- no school

April 21st- Easter Monday- no school

April 30th- PD Day no school for students

Parent Teacher Interviews will take place April 2nd from 6:00-8:00 pm and the afternoon of April 3rd from 1:00-3:00 pm. We  hope to see you then!

For elementary and junior high: Please note that Friday, March 7 is an Assessment & Evaluation Day. There are no classes on this date for elementary and junior high students.  

Students will begin loading busses at 9:30. 

Students who are bringing their own gear can drop it off in the library when they arrive in the morning. 

Students are to bring their own lunch and snacks  or bring money to purchase lunch at the Ski hill.
